In an interview with The Bump published on May 19, the model, who is married to Bruce Willis, described her difficulty to find time for self-care while caring for her close circle.
“I prioritize my family’s needs before my own,” the model, 43, told The Bump in an interview published Thursday.
“Taking care of everyone else in my household had taken a toll on my emotional and physical health,” she continued. “And no one in my family benefited from it.”
Emma, who has two kids with the 67-year-old actor, Mabel, 10, and Evelyn, 8, said she’s now learning to “mother” herself and “finding the time for self-care” on a daily basis.
