During Amber Heard’s ex-husband Johnny Depp’s attorney’s cross-examination on Monday, Amber Heard admitted that she did not seek medical assistance after a physical fight in March 2013 that became physical. The incident occurred during their divorce proceedings.
Aquaman Actress Questioned By Johnny’s Attorney
Amber, who is 36 years old, was questioned by Johnny’s attorneys on an incident in which she alleged that Pirates of the Caribbean actor Johnny Depp, 58, repeatedly punched her in the face. In response to a question about Amber’s medical records, she stated, “I did not seek medical attention at this time.”
Concerning the claimed incidents, the Aquaman actress was questioned by Johnny’s attorney. During the fight, she asked Johnny about his enormous rings. Amber commented on her and Johnny’s relationship because she “pretty much always knew” Johnny would wear rings.
Amber said that the photo did not reveal any visible injuries on her face when the attorney asked her whether she had any apparent injuries. When she was pressured to go to the doctor, she refused to do so. She responded with, “I did not seek medical attention other than my therapist,” before the lawyer went on to another event.
Her attorneys are said to have questioned her about another incident after the Met Gala in 2014. Amber reported that Johnny struck her in the nose with a punch. In response to her inquiry about the state of her nose, she stated that she believed she had broken it. In addition, she mentioned that after the Met Gala, she did not go to the hospital to get any medical treatment.
Later on, Johnny’s legal team questioned her on an incident that reportedly occurred in Australia, where Johnny was accused of sexually abusing her. Amber continued to insist that she did not seek the assistance of a professional even after her attorney reminded her that she had failed to produce any medical records. She stated that “I didn’t seek medical treatment after Australia,” which is a confession to her previous statement.
When the attorney pressed her for additional information, she responded, “I didn’t want to inform anyone.” She claimed that she “didn’t need” to seek medical assistance for the facial injuries that she sustained, despite having sustained them.
Amber indicated that she “didn’t dig into [her] injuries” and asked whether she should have a concussion scan. She referred to a medical report from December 2015 as “partial.” Not only did Amber feel that the album was lacking in content, but she wasn’t the only one who felt this way.
After taking a weeklong vacation, Johnny and Amber’s defamation case involved over 50 million dollars and resumed its cross-examination phase on Monday. Johnny Depp has stated that his reputation has suffered due to an opinion piece written by his ex-wife and published in The Washington Post.
The actor claims that this has caused him to lose lucrative film opportunities. When it came time for Heard to sum up what she had to say about her marriage to Depp, it took the third day of depositions for her to do so. In the later part of the day, his legal team started cross-examining the witness.
However, the jury had never seen some of the images displayed on Monday, and they clearly showed redness and swelling in the affected area. Reports state that Depp allegedly threw a phone at her face when they argued.
When she emerged from the courts, her right cheek was visibly flushed, and she was photographed numerous times with a crimson mark on her face. The final dispute that the couple had was a significant turning point in the long-running feud. This prompted Depp to file a defamation of character lawsuit against Heard in the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
