Disney World has announced that it is changing its face mask policy. From February 17, face masks will be optional for fully vaccinated guests indoors and outdoors. “We expect guests who are not fully vaccinated to continue to wear face coverings in all indoor settings, including indoor attractions and theaters,” Disney wrote on its website. Guests will still need masks on closed Disney transportation, including Disney’s bus, monorail and Disney Skyliner, and the news comes just days after Universal changed its mask policy. Previously, face coverings were required for all guests, regardless of vaccination status.
