Xbox Game Pass Comes To New Samsung Smart TVs On June 30th

On June 30, the Xbox app will be available on Samsung smart TVs and monitors, allowing Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to play cloud-based games using a Bluetooth gamepad.

Samsung's new Gaming Hub for TVs puts cloud services front and centre, and the Xbox app will join them.

The Xbox software for Samsung devices will support Bluetooth headphones and gamepads like the Xbox Wireless Controller, DualShock 4, and DualSense.

In the next months, Xbox will expand Game Pass. Later this year, Ultimate subscribers will be able to stream outside-Game Pass games.

Argentina and New Zealand will get Xbox cloud gaming on June 9. This includes Xbox streaming and Fortnite.

Xbox plans to explore a solution that allows several profiles to play under a single Game Pass subscription in the next year. Xbox  framing it as a "possible enhancement" to Game Pass.

Game Pass is getting demos. In the next year, Xbox will release bite-sized chunks of upcoming games in Game Pass

Subscribers can sample them for free and give feedback. First, the initiative will focus on independent projects.
