Oregon will distribute $141.8 million to 236,000 eligible households.
The department will deposit $82 million into qualifying individuals' bank accounts and mail the rest.
The Oregon Department of Revenue said one household could receive stimulus money.
Oregon workers won't be taxed on their stimulus checks.
Residents don't need to apply for stimulus money; they'll get it automatically if they qualify.
For the payment, residents must have lived in the state in the last six months of the year.
The money goes to 2020 EITC claimants.
