One Punch Man is getting a live-action film adaptation from Sony Pictures that will bring Saitama and Genos to life.
The production crew includes Fast & Furious director Justin Lin and scriptwriters Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner.
Arad Productions, which produced Spider-Man: Homecoming and Ghost in the Shell, will make the film.
The One Punch Man adaptation may enter production by the end of the year.
Who will play Saitama, the self-made hero who delivers deadpan lines and knocks out adversaries with one punch, is unknown.
Too soon to tell what parts of the story the film will cover. Maybe it will include Saitama's duel with Lord Boros from season one.
One Punch Man began as a manga in 2009 and was turned into an anime in 2015.
It follows Saitama's transformation into one of the world's greatest heroes. J.C. Staff took over season two production, although animation quality dropped.
