A man from Bonita Springs cashed in his $25 million winning scratch-off ticket from the Florida lottery.

On May 11, George Demetriades claimed his $25 million prize at the Fort Myers District Office of the Florida Lottery.

He decided to receive a one-time payment of $20,560,000 for his prize.

Demetriades purchased his 500x THE CASH scratch-off ticket from the Bonita Springs Circle K located at 10460 Bonita Beach Road.

For selling Demetriades the Scratch-Off ticket, the store will also receive a $50,000 additional commission.

The Florida lottery reports that this $25 million reward is the largest ever offered on a scratch-off game.

Overall, the game offers a 1 in 4.50 chance of victory.
