Ryan Claussen thought it was a joke when he won a top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Supreme" scratch game.

Friday, Claussen accepted his prize at the Cedar Rapids lottery office. He has ideas on how to spend the money.

“I'm purchasing a house, so this may go toward a down payment, and my mom wants a new car,” he said.
