Three Americans died and one was hospitalised at Sandals Resort on Great Exuma Island, Bahamas, on Friday.
A hotel employee found a man unresponsive in his villa on Friday morning, Bahamian police said.
A man and a woman were then found unresponsive in another villa.

Chester Cooper, the Bahamas' tourism minister, said on Facebook that foul play was not suspected.

Police found convulsions but no trauma in the second villa's couple.
The couple felt ill Thursday night, went to a local clinic, and returned to the resort, police said.
