Tom Brady Sr. appeared in “slimyPodcast with Mike Greenberg said the media had forced his son’s hand and that the future Hall of Fame quarterback prematurely said he wouldn’t be back for year 23.

“They were announcing his retirement even before he’s retired,” Tom Brady Sr. said on the podcast. “You know, the media made the news.
