Talks between Russia –Ukraine, In Belarus, Brest.

Ukrainian President’s Adviser Michael Pontolyak said talks were underway with key issues such as an immediate ceasefire, a ceasefire and the establishment of humanitarian “avenues” for the safe evacuation of civilians.
